Hello! My name is Halley Hemphill and I am an illustrator, visual development artist, and surface designer from Pasadena, California. Currently, I am based out of Savannah, Georgia where I have received my B.F.A in Illustration from Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) in June of 2024.
